what is a support frame

Looking at these three pictures, you can see some disadvantages of the aluminum cases with the support frame

Disadvantage 1: If there is FOAM in the aluminum case, square holes must be cut in the foam in order to install the support frame, which greatly affects the overall appearance of the aluminum case

Disadvantage 2: In order to install the support frame, it is necessary to use rivets to fix the support frame to the aluminum case, You can see the rivets on the surface of the aluminum cases, which makes the appearance of the product not high-end

But!!!

 If you use my hinge, your cases doesn't need a support frame

 The color of the hinge can be changed by anodizing

As shown in the figure, the hinge can be black or silver, and the color can be customized according to customer requirements

The foam inside the product can also be customized

The shape of foam is cut according to the shape of the object to be put into the aluminum case. If you can send me your samples, I can design foam for you according to your samples

If you find it too troublesome to transport samples to my factory, you can choose another kind of foam
