Q3: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Please kindly provide the below information.
1.-Size of the products (Length x Width x Height).
2.-Material and surface treatment (We could advise if you’re not sure).
3.-Printing colors (could quote 4C if you’re not sure).
4.-Quantity MOQ:500pcs.
5.-FOB price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.
6.- Please also provide with pictures or design sketch for reference if possible. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q4: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.
Q5: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A: Sample leadtime: usually need 7days. Mass production leadtime usually need 20 days.
 For urgent order,we can deliver in 10 days.
Q6: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by our QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products was caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
