Introduction:ERCuSn-A welding wire is a kind of  phosphor bronze wire that contains 5% cieux, phosphorus is less than 0.4%.The plastic is good,the addition of tin improves the wear resistance of the weld metal.Welding process performance is good.

Application:

ERCuSn-A welding wire is used for the argon arc welding of copper,brass,phosphor and dissimilar metals,and steel, cast iron welding and surfacing.

1.Before welding the oxide,oil and other contaminants on the welding edge of the workpiece and welding wire surface must be cleaned,therwise it will lead to porosity, slag and other defects, so that the performance of the weld is reduced.

2.The addition of tin expands the temperature range between the solid and the liquid phase.In order to reduce the thermal tendency in small pool and fast welding is appropriate.
