7351 series product 7351-250 is a one component UV curable coating adhesive (i.e. electronic protective adhesive). It is a UV moisture double-layer curing system, and can be cured in the shadow area that cannot be illuminated by UV light. It has the advantages of moderate viscosity, spraying, brushing, suitable for a variety of processes, fast curing speed, good surface dryness, moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, dust resistance, environmental protection, safety, 100% solid content, easy to use, simple operation and so on.

Typical application：
Widely used in PCB circuit board, electronic control board, industrial control board, instrumentation, industrial semiconductor , crystal circuit board, the role of protecting electronic parts, small household appliances circuit board, automotive circuit board. LED photoelectric aluminum substrate. And other electronic industries

Instructions: ● The oil stain on the gluing part must be removed and cleaned, and the glue can be applied only after the surface is fully dry. ● This product can be applied by brush or spray. Spray is recommended for sizing. ● After gluing, UV lamp with wavelength of 200 ~ 400nm should be used for curing. The curing speed depends on the intensity of UV, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, etc. ● It can be cured in dark for 72 hours where the ultraviolet radiation can not reach. ● Cover immediately after use. Black hose must be used for sizing. Matters needing attention ● Do not take out the liquid back to the original packaging, in order to prevent contamination of the liquid. The workplace should be well ventilated or forced ventilation. ● Keep away from children. ● If it touches the skin, please wash it with soapy water immediately. ● If it touches your eyes, please wash them with plenty of water first, and then see a doctor.
