Agricultural potassium sulfate is a good water-soluble potassium fertilizer. Potassium sulphate is especially suitable for the economic crops, such as tobacco, grape, sugar beet, tea plant, potato, flax and various fruit trees. It is also the main raw material for the production of chlorine free nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium ternary compound fertilizer. Potassium sulfate is a chemical neutral, physiological acid fertilizer, which is suitable for a variety of soil (excluding flooded soil) and crops. After being applied to soil, potassium ion can be directly absorbed by crops or absorbed by soil colloids. The results showed that potassium sulfate could be applied to Cruciferae crops and other crops which need more sulfur in the soil with sulfur deficiency.
Application
Potassium sulfate is a kind of chlorine-free, high-quality and high-efficiency potassium fertilizer, especially in tobacco, grape, beet, tea tree, potato, flax and various fruit trees and other sensitive crops, is an indispensable important fertilizer; it is also the main raw material of high-quality nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium ternary compound fertilizer.
Potassium sulfate compound fertilizer is produced by the process of low temperature conversion of potassium chloride, chemical synthesis and spray granulation. It has good stability. In addition to the three main nutrient elements of plant, such as N, P and K, it also contains s, CA, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu and other medium and trace elements. This kind of fertilizer is suitable for all kinds of economic crops, especially for chlorine sensitive crops. The main components of potassium sulfate compound fertilizer are map (monoammonium phosphate), DAP (diammonium phosphate) and ammonium sulfate (mainly obtained by neutralizing surplus sulfuric acid and gas ammonia at low temperature). Potassium sulfate, urea and other impurities, such as calcium sulfate, iron, aluminum, magnesium salts of phosphoric acid, and a small amount of unreacted potassium chloride.
Production Method
The core device of Mannheim process is the reaction furnace, that is, Mannheim furnace. Product purity, conversion rate, production capacity and operation difficulty are all related to the reaction furnace. Therefore, the performance of the reactor becomes the key technology of the process. The reaction furnace is mainly made of a variety of special refractory materials. It has two cavities. The oval cavity in the middle is the reaction chamber, and there is a stirring rake in the cavity. During the reaction, the rake rotates at 1-2 R / min to continuously mix the materials and gradually push the materials around the furnace cavity. The cavity of the reaction chamber is a combustion chamber with a combustion nozzle, and the heat released by the fuel indirectly heats the reaction chamber.
