Screw juicer: the main component of this equipment is a screw. The screw gradually increases the bottom diameter along the direction of the slag outlet and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed forward by the screw, the squeezing of the material is formed due to the reduction of the volume of the screw chamber.The direction of rotation of the spiral spindle is clockwise from the direction of the hopper to the slag trough.The raw material is added into the hopper and compressed under the push of the screw. The pressed juice flows into the juice holder at the bottom through the filter, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the tapered part of pressure regulation. The pressure regulating head moves along the axis to adjust the size of the gap.For clockwise: from the slag out of the equipment to the end of the hopper to see the rotation of the handwheel housing, the pressure regulating head to the left, the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap is larger.Change the size of the gap, but the quality of the juice is relatively reduced, the size of the gap should be subject to the user's specific process requirements.
