HM-Y6 is a Laser Cutting Machine we specially design for Coconut Opening Cap making.
We set different laser power depend on coconut hardness, as the laser beam shoots on the coconut surface it makes an ellipse Opening Cap on the coconut. Coconut laser cutting machine uses laser beam instead of a knife to make the cap, with a laser beam we can get high speed work, high precision and smooth cap, it can help us save materials and time, finally save cost.
The laser head never touches the coconut, only the laser beam make a small gap without any scratching and burrs on the surface of the coconut, make coconut nice with high commercial value.

Unique technical advantage
1) We have our own sheet metal factory where the machine body is made by ourselves, not outsourced, so we could control the quality well.
In our sheet metal factory, there are many CNC processing devices such as 2 sets of large heavy-duty CNC planer type milling machine, 1 set of Japan Amada CNC punching machine, 1 set of CNC press brake.
Machine's worktable is milled by our own large CNC planer type milling machine, which ensures the worktable is on the same level. The deviation of worktable levelness is within 0.1mm. So the worktable will be hard to be out of shape during a longer period working.
2)We apply special welding & strengthening structure in our machine body, the design makes this machine can run stabler and reduce the friction of high-precision gear-rack resulted from machine body shaking.
So the cutting precision of this machine is higher and after years, it could be as high as that cutting precision at the beginning too.
