Aluminum CCL :

Aluminum CCL have excellent flame retardant, high mechanical strength, dimensional stability etc. Especially it has very good heat sink, electromagnetic shielding and solder float.

FR-4 CCL: 

FR-4 CCL have good electrical  properties and thermal conductivity, excellent mechanical processablity. Our clients buy them from us to make PCB(Printed circuit board), which is widely used in computer, communication equipment, instrumentation, VCR, television, electronic game machine, and etc. Not suitable for Anti-CAF application.

CEM-1 copper clad laminate :

CEM-1 copper clad laminate consist of bleached wood pulp paper, impregnated with flame retardant epoxy resin and clad with single glass fabric on both sides and electrolytic copper foil.It has high electrical and electrical strength, good flame retardancy, good dimension stability, lower bow and twist: it is widely used for computers, VCD sets, Hi-Fi acoustic devices and other high grade electronic appliances.
