Q1. What is your MOQ ?
A: For most rattan baskets, our MOQ is a 20ft container which goes from 200 to 1500 units depends on package and if it's stackable. You can contact us for an accurate amount.

Q2. Can I get samples?
Yes, you can. We charge triple sale price as the sample fee, and your sample fee can be refunded as a dedcution when you official order is placed. 
We can ship samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. Customer undertakes courier cost. 

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4. How long is the sample's lead time?
A: It usually takes 7-10 days if we have stock of the color you choose. Otherwise, it will take about 10-15 days.

Q5. What about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. How many colors are available?
A: We have a color bank of rattan. We can send it to you for your reference.
You can also tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. 
Our color bank has used so many times that there is only a little color difference. So we highly recommend you choose the color from our color bank.

Q7.What kinds of certification do you have?
A: SGS and BV. Our quality can meet European & USA standard.

Q8. Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, you can. Our factory is in Long'An city, Guangxi province (23.163365, 107.738241). It's about 55 miles to Nanning. There is a high speed train station in Long'An. We can pick you up in train station.

Q9. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q10. What trade terms do you accept?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q11. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. 

Q12. What kind of packaging is the product boxed?
A: Generally, we will pack your goods in export cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q13. Are you able to print our logo on the product?
