CS has been recognised by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TS16949. Every roll of PVB film has to under. go a series of inspection before delivery. Testing items include pummel,boiling, anti-radiation, anti-penetration,ect. These testing assure CS PVB achieving European & others' standards, like ANSI Z97.1. ECE R-43 & EN12593. We guarantee the film quality is at International level in mechanical,optical & durability performance.
CS PVB has installed a standard nip-rolling machine, large autoclave & vacuum machine in our production site,which allows the factory to have a trial production of laminated glass. The test allows the us to have a better understanding in glass production & hence provide necessary information for our long-term research and development.
