A1: Yes, we have got the certificate of CE/EU, DA and SGS.

A2: We provide ceramics mugs, coin banks , ceramic decorations, flower pots,dinner set etc.

A3: We are famous in Fujian Province,the top reason is that we can control all of  customers products in good quality but lowest price.

1. History   we are 10 years factory ,owned 2  production factories, 7 production lines,60 meter tunnel kiln. which can produce totally around 20 containers per week.we also have 5 disigners,comes out  1200 new designs every year.
2. Location  we located in the the border of YongChun and Dehua,where is the Capital of Porcelain in China. In this situation,we can transport any raw material with quickest time and  lowest price .
3. Employee we have more than 300 workers, all of them are familliar with Ceramics features,and proficient in moulding,painting,tiring,packing,shiping and so on. they accompany us since we establishd factory in 2005. 
4. Inspection we treat every customers equally.we do more than 5 inspections in production for all of your products.
5. Shipping we have our own forwarder,can help you follow the tracks of  goods delivery.but we also accepct  appointed forwarder.

Q4: What are your payment terms?

A4: In generally, we quote FOB Xiamen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.

Q5: What’s your production Lead-time for bulk order?

A5: Generally it takes 45-55days for quantity of 1*40H” and 60-70 days in peak season or OEM designs.

Q6: What’s the lead-time for sample?

A6:  Within 3 days for white body, 7-10 days for decorated sample, 10-15 days for OEM designs and shapes.

Q7: What about the cost for samples and their delivery?

A7: Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer’s cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the cost will be refunded once we get your bulk order.
