Our Foil Faced XPE Foam Thermal Break Material for construction is a brand new heat insulation product manufac-
tured of polyethylene XPE Foam faced with aluminum foil on two sides.It reflects 90 percent of the radiant heat and
reduces energy costs used in winter heating and summer cooling.Reflective Foil thermal insulation is 7 micron thick,
its two sides of aluminum foil reflects more than 90 percent of the thermal energy that reaches it. In summer, almost
all the sunlight and heat is bounced back into the air, keeping the heat out of the air conditioned building. In winter,
almost all the heat generated inside the building is retained. Also, the bubble between the aluminum foil offers thousa-
nds of empty air cells,which makes the heat more difficult to pass through.

Regular size is 1.35m*22.25m. Size can be customized with maximum width in 1.5m.
2. What thickness of foam you offer?
Foam thickness can be customized. We usually make them in 3mm-10mm.
6mm thickness is the most popular one.
3. What's temperature difference if use insulation material?
It depends on surrounding conditions. Usually there' s 6-12 centigrade with and without insulation material.
4. Could you do OEM?
Yes, specification of bubble insulation could be customized. Regular specification is Al Foil/Bubble/Al Foil.
5. Could you print logo on insulation material?
Yes, we can both do printing both on material and packing bags.
