Property: White, monoclinic crystalline powder; odorless; tasteless. Soluble in dilute hydrochloric , nitric and acetic acid; slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethylalcohol.
Usage: This product is used in food processing industry and contains nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus. The ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 1.29. It can be used as nutrient additive and quality modifier of polyvitamin milk powder, milk cake, calcium and milk biscuits and other foods.
Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored seperately from poisonous substances.
