adding 1.5mm stainless steel plate on the 40HQ container van floor and 1m hight of stainless steel plate to avoid water spitting keep long life use ;stainless steel chute to connect each container van;whole slaughter line finished installation before shipment, opening door on the container van drawing will be sent for opening in local destination as customs demand.
capacity between 300-2000 chickens per hour up to customer demand;we can assemble new container van or used container van up to customer demand;refrigerated van will be used as cold storage to keep chicken products fresh up to customer demand;

3. Q: Can the machine be washed down? |
A: Yes, you can wash the machine by water.But please pay attentions that don't wash the electric parts. And shut off the power before washing.

A: If the machine works failure, please contact me first. Email me and send picture or video to show the problems. I will give customer solutions. If that still doesn't work, we will send technician to customer site for machine check. (Maintenance and repair)
