NETWORK wire production steps and equipment are as follows
Step 1: cutting a long length of NETWORK cable: cut into an adapt length of wire (device: self-made cutting scissors)
Step 2: cutting all kinds of wires that need to be long or short: two side outer diameters stripping outer skin (equipment:
pneumatic 315 stripping machine) + core wire stripping wire (equipment: pneumatic table type core wire stripping machine)
Step 3: welding process ~ wire copper wire + connector = welding (equipment; with temperature-controlled welding station)
Step 4: Solder the wire of the connector: Perform the preliminary continuity test of the soldering fastness (to see if there is
any problem of soldering) (Equipment: Use a high voltage tester with high voltage conduction function)
Step 5: welding the successful connector and testing the bare wire for preliminary internal injection molding (equipment: 4-column
internal mold injection molding machine)
step 6：the wire that successfully injected the inner molds at both ends: take the high voltage test again (look at whether the
core wire has a short circuit, etc.) (equipment: use high voltage tester with high voltage conduction function)
Step 7: The previous step is to perform the frequency cable twisting step through the tested wire qualified product. (equipment:
automatic twisting machine)
step 8: wrap the injected inner mold with copper foil or tin foil! (equipment: auxiliary tools)
step 9: soldering the copper wire of the metal frequency closed net to the grounding conduction position of the side of the
connector, and confirming OK! (Equipment: with temperature-controlled soldering station)
step 10: whether the products of the above process are completed, and whether the high-voltage conduction and anti-interference
