Working principle:
The general principle of FMCW radar level meter is that the radar emits electromagnetic waves at the top of the tank, and the electromagnetic waves are received by the radar after being reflected by the medium. The frequency difference Δ F between the received signal and the transmitted signal is proportional to the distance R on the surface of the medium: R=C (velocity) * Δ F (frequency difference) /2/K (frequency modulation slope). Because the speed of light c and the frequency modulation slope k are known, the distance r of the material surface at the radar installation position can be obtained by estimating the frequency difference Δ f, and the height of the material level can be obtained by subtracting the space distance from the radar to the material surface (referred to as empty height) from the known total height of the tank.

2. Lens antenna design, with smaller beam angle, is more suitable for complicated working conditions such as small diameter tank and mixing coil inside the tank.

In addition, the maximum effective measuring distance of the instrument can reach 150m.
4. It has stronger penetrability and can be used normally under the condition of partial crystallization in the tank.
5. Multiple measurement modes. Radar response time is less than 1S in fast measurement mode.
6. Various antennas can be selected according to different industries and mines, thus having stronger applicability and ensuring that the radar can be used under complicated conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high dust, etc.
It can also measure stably and accurately.
