RG JIAYE ER110 high quality eco friendly waterproof coating for exposed roof and wall

RGC-ER110 is a one-component polymer liquid waterproofing and corrosion resistant membrane especially designed for exposed roofs, including metal roofs, concrete roofs and wooden roofs etc. It is made of high quality water-based elastic emulsion and filling materials and has excellent UV resistance, heat insulation and aging resistance. When it is applied with polyester fiber cloth, it will form a more complete roof waterproofing solution.

1) Waterproofing of metal roofs lap joints, protruding parts, firmwares and gutters.

2) Waterproofing of concrete roofs or gaps.

3) Waterproofing of various roofs.

4) Plugging of cracks and seepage points of various roofs.

Surface preparation:
1)The substrates must be flat and solid without water, sharp objects, floating dust, oil contamination and residual curing compound.
2)For metal roofs, confirm it is firm, clean, rust-free and freeze-free. If the above conditions are not met, please do the following treatment: replace the rusty
3)firmware, add new firmware in the appropriate place. Derust the rusty areas with sandpaper and polish it until the metal color.

Construction:
4)Polyester fiber cloth can be chosen to apply with the coating or not. For the best waterproofing effect and long protection, polyester fiber cloth is recommended to use, especially for industrial building roofs.
The coating should be applied in 2-3 coats by brush or spraying machine.
1)For the first coat, clean water can be added into the coating to increase the adhesion with substrates. Brush or spray after mixing throughly.
2)If the polyester cloth is chosen to use. Cut polyester cloth according to waterproof area. While the first coat is still wet, place the polyester cloth spread on top of the first coat and smooth it with a brush to make sure there are no wrinkles or bubbles.
3)Brush the second coat on polyester cloth in time, and confirm the polyester cloth is fully soaked and make the whole coating full compliance.
4)After the polyester cloth layer is completely dry, brush the third coats again.
5)The latter coat should be applied perpendicular to the former coat.
6)After construction, the surface should be protected for 5-7 days.

Attention

1) It can’t be constructed below 5℃or in rainy and snowy weather.

2) It is not advisable to take too much material for one time, take from the pail as you need.

3) Decorative construction should be carried out after the waterproof coating is completely dried.
