Slotting:

1. Slitting and cresasing:

1) Shaft diameter 1100mm, seamless steel pipe, after grinding, the surface is plated with hard chrome and moves smoothly.

2) Equipped with three group slitting knife, fit for multi models cardboard. Trimming knife, down edge knife adopt alloy steel material, with heat treated, ground, sharp edge, long service life.

3) The distance of the creasing wheel is adjusted by the self-locking worm gear box, and the scale is displayed, which is convenient and quick. The adjustment range is 0---11mm.

2. Slotting

1) Up slotting knife roller diameter 176mm, down slotting knife roller diameter 156mm, seamless steel pipe, after grinding, the surface is plated with hard chrome and moves smoothly.

2) Slotting knife thickness 7mm, sharpened by heat treatment, and the saw-tooth slotting cutter has good hardness and toughness.

3) The distance of up and down slotting seat is adjusted by the self-locking worm gear box, and the scale is displayed, which is convenient and quick. The adjustment range is 0---11mm.

4) Every slotting knife adjust manually, and box height synchronous.

3. Slotting phase:
