1. Does Detronpb have stock products to sell?
A: No. We work on OEM orders.That means, size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution and so on will depend on your requests.
2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: --- Size of the products ( Length* Width* Height) .
--- Material and surface handing, we could advise if you are not sure.
--- Printing colors( could quote 4C if you are not sure) .
--- Quantity.
--- FOB price is our usual term.
3. When we create the artwork,what kind of format is available for printing?
A: --- The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
--- No less than 120DPI, and the higher, the better.
4. How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A: --- Generally, 5- 7 days for samples making.
--- The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, ect. . Usually need 20 days.
5. If the produts have some quality problem, how will deal with you?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
6. Could you provide samples for test?
A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.
7. How do you ship the finished products?
A: Dertonpb have ownest profressional logistics company and forwarder.
8. How about the payment?
A: --- 30% deposit before produce+ 70% balance before shipment.
