2.1 Host
Host mainly include the frame, mechanical loading mechanism structure, transmission mechanism and fixture four parts. Frame are made of column pole, working platform, vibration platform, the up beam, ball screw lifting mechanism, base and so on. And column pole, working platform, the vibration platform, the up beam and ball screw lifting mechanism installation in together, and which install on the base stably; The spring be measured should be installed between vibration platform and ball screw through the limit slot and , through the adjustment of ball screw lift to meet different size specimens’ request, through changing the fixture, meet specimens of different installation requirements.
2.2 Loading mechanism structure
Mainly by the crank rod system composition, and change the motor rotation sport into lead the line of the reciprocating motion vertical direction; By adjusting the slider’s eccentricity to adjust the distance of straight line reciprocating motion which can reach the test sroke of rhe tested specimen need.
2.3 Transmission system
Transmission mechanism structure consists of three-phase asynchronous motor and the flywheel , through adjusting the motor speed, can make the test frequency in 1 ~ 5 Hz arbitrary regulation.
