1. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

     A:  we have quality control plan to control every step of the production. From material to packing, every         step has 2 person together finishes. One do, another inspect. 

2. Q: Can I get a free sample?

   A: Yes,the regular piece sample is free.

3.  Q: How can I start to order?

A: Firstly, you can talk online with our sales rep. most of them are very experienced to guide you from your request to a price offer. If the price benefits you, we can offer you samples to test the quality. After, you can discuss delivery time, logo print, package etc, until every details is fine, you can place the order.

4. Q: What is your general leading time?

A: Normally, we can offer 1000pcs/day, but plus preparation, basically we need 7days. However from preparation to finish, 7days we finish around 5000pcs; 15days we can finish 10000pcs. However you need confirm the delivery time with sales rep before order.

5.  Q:How to ship my order?

A:You can choose air, sea, and express service. For urgent order commodity G.W is more than 100kgs, air is best choice; our forwarder cover Door to Door air service. If commodity G.W.is less than 100kgs, express is more economic. If you have no urgent need, you can chose sea shipping, it save cost for you.
