General Questions
Q: Will your stickers or decals ruin the paint on my car?
A: In most cases, this shouldn't be an issue. If you are very worried, talk to our customer service and consider pre-testing before wrapping. If the paint is old and brittle or if you have a painted bumper, the vinyl may remove some of the paint in these cases.
Q：What kind of surfaces can I put stickers/decals on?
A：You can apply stickers, decals, vinyl lettering on nearly any hard, smooth, and clean surfaces you want. ACME stickers are suited for surfaces that are flat, with and without rivets, simple curves, compound curves, and corrugations. We DON'T recommend putting them on fresh paint (less than 2 weeks after painting).
Q: How well do your decals hold up in seawater?
A: We've had many customers use our decals on their boats, canoes, kayaks, and surfboards, and they have held up perfectly! The standard lifespan is 3-5 years (refer to the graphics above the waterline only).
Regarding Custom Decals Questions
Q：How to order custom decals?
A：Just send us your artwork or design with dimensions and Pantone/CMYK/RGB color number. A destination address will be needed for calculating freight cost. Our customer service will send you the quotation shortly.
Q：What file types do you accept?
A：Artwork in ai./cdr./eps./pdf./tif./gif./bmp. is prefered.
Q：Do you charge for design?
A：Design charges - a fee will be charged for custom layouts/setups. Average layouts take 2-3 hours for the initial design. Depending on the number of edits made during the review process, additional cost may be incurred.

Q: How do I apply the vinyl decal stickers?
A: We will send you installation guidelines or videos. One-on-one instructions through video chat are available by our 3M endorsed graphic installer.
Q: How do I track my order?
