Q1: our workers are not professional in induction furnaces, how can we solve that?
A1: Don't worry. When the induction furnaces arrived at the clients'plant, our engineers will go and assist in installation, and train them free of charge until they can operate by themselves.
Q2: What about your package? If damages happen,how do you solve?
A2: We take container loading,wire fixing. If damages occur, we will.send the spare parts for you.
Q3: Is it all right to make customers own brand name?
A3: Sure, with your authorization of brand. We accept OEM service.
Q4: How do you control the quality?
A4: We have a team comply with TQM to ensure the quality. Each step is up to the standard. We can take photos and shoot video for you if you need.
Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A5: Generally it is 7-14 days if the parts are in stock or it is 30: 45 days if the parts are not in stock. It is depends in the quantity.

A6: Payment <=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advanced, balance before shippment.
