Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file,
no worry, we can provide design service for you.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept various paying methods, such as T/T, trade assurance, paypal...The best way is trade assurance order, our sales will send you a payment link, and you follow it and pay online.
Q: How to ensure that the product will be exactly like agreed details?
A: We have our in-house designer which have 8 years experience in doing design & production layout. We will send you a PDF design proof layout before we proceed for mass production.
