Q1: Payment and shipping terms.
Answer: FOB/CIF/CFR price terms are all acceptable, and we have a reliable freight forwarder to help you arrange delivery.
Q2: How do I pay?
Answer: TT and LC are acceptable, TT will be more popular. A 30% deposit is paid through T/T before production. 70% of the balance will be paid by T before shipment.
Q3: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, but the postage is at your own expense.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment<=10000USD, 100% advance payment, payment>10000USD. 30%T/T balance is prepaid before shipment.
Q5: How do you package the products?
Answer: We use standard packaging. If you have special packaging requirements, we will pack as required, but the cost will be paid by the customer.
Q6: How long is your delivery time?
A: 3-5 days in stock. If the goods are not in stock, it is 5-15 days, calculated by quantity.
