A: We are a group company now, we own 3 different factories for over 10 years, so our price is competitive with stable quality control.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:Normally our MOQ is around 100pcs, it depend on different projects and sizes.

Q:Can we add own logo or change product size even design?
A:We can add customer's logo on our product, and change size, color or details as customer requirement.

If you want to make a new product, please send us drawing or pictures, then our design workers will finish it.

Q:Can I have a sample?

A: Sure, but customer should pay for freight cost and sample's cost. We can also offer free samples for large customers.

Q:Is your package safe?
A: We can do any packing as your requirement, just like standard export carton, mail order packing, color box with pvc window. And all our "ready to ship" products are with mailbox package.
Q:How long is your delivery time for mass production?
A: In depends on the order quantity. Normally 45-75 days after receiving 30% deposit and the confirmation of all details.

Q:What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A:30% deposit paid in advance and the balance 70% paid on receipt copy of B/L. If you have other requirements,  surely please feel free to contact me.
Q:What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order's quantity?
