1.The Insulation materials PA66 : It has excellent electric and mechanical properties, and the flame resistance rating is V0 grade.

2.High quality conducting strip: use the redcopper conducting strip which have the good electrical conductivity and quality ensure.
3.Reliable connection: reliable clamping yoke.The flat base of the clamping unit ensures that even the thinnest connection leads can be clamped tightly. The transverse grooves of the current bar can break the oxide film on the conductor at several points to provide a good connection without wrenching. The stable clamping unit with a small manufacturing deviation provides a high contact pressure to keep a gas-tight connectionto effectively avoid any gas erosion. Thus a long-term and stable connection is guaranteed even in an erosive ambient.
4.Self-locking of screws: WJHT Copper terminal blocks ensure a tight connection and prevent screws self-loosening by"Reakdyn principle". The clampingunits for cross sections of up to 10mm are designed as cages. The working principle is based on "the cage principle".When the screw is tightened, the head of the screw is above the current barwhile the clamping unit moving upwards. Then the conductorthe clamping unit is tightened with the current bar. The high contact force makes the conductor inserted to the self tin-platingm of the current bar. The transmit electrical resistance in a 4mterminal is only 0.1mn, which is obviously lower than the lowestvalue according to IEC947-7-1 With clamping part with cages the screws are secured by means of the"Reakdyn groove "on the upper side of the cage. Whenthe screw is tightened with a bigger torque, an elastic deformation occurs in the cage. In conjunction with the thread friction and theerent elasticity of the cage material, this deformation effective and progressively prevents the screw loosening
