The equipment is mainly composed of a chiller, a kneader, an in-shaft hot water circulation system, a refrigeration system, a pressure transfer pump and the like. Users can organize auxiliary parts such as emulsification, batching and packaging according to their own production characteristics to achieve the purpose of oil production.

The working principle of the chiller
The quencher is a sandwich structure, and the interlayer acts as a refrigeration. After the material is pressed into the quench by the pressure transfer pump, the spindle with the scraper rotates, continuously scraping the material crystals on the barrel wall, and the quencher A pre-cools the material, quenching The material B acts as a deep-cooling material. Under a certain pressure (generally 18 kg/cm2 for cream and 10 kg/cm2 for pure animal fat), the materials are rapidly cooled by the two sets of chillers, which can obtain ideal crystallization requirements and materials. The liquid state is converted to a fat state.
Kneader working principle
The material is output from the chiller through the pipeline to the kneader. The spindle with the kneading rod rotates to re-crystallize the network structure of the material, so that the crystal structure of various materials is tightly combined and evenly distributed.
