3. After we have reached an agreement, we will begin to select materials, design and make samples for you.
4. We will send you the photo of the sample for your confirmation before production.
5. Please pay us after we provide the proforma invoice.
6. Delivery will be arranged after the completion of mass goods
What information do I need to provide when Ordering?
A: Please send your work in file format (AI,.cDR, or.PDF), including pantone color number, size, shape, quantity, etc.
How soon can I get the samples?
A: The sample will be ready in about two days.If you need a physical sample, it can be sent to you by express.Delivery will take
about three days.If you don't have an account, you can use your own Courier account or pay us in advance.
What is the turnaround time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season.It usually takes about 7-15 days to process the bulk cargo.If you are in urgent need, we will try our best to make the first shipment and dispatch the goods as soon as possible.
How will my order be packed?
A: We can pack it according to your request.Usually packed in plastic cases or inner boxes and then packed in cartons.
