1. Is the preserved roses real natural flower?

Yes, it is made by the real natural fresh one. The preserved rose looks like fresh one,real touch and natural, but has much richer colors which can be kept up to years.

2.How To Protect Preserved Flower

-The best humidity is 40%~70%, and temperature is 4℃~30℃

-Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Because the color fade easily

-No water your preserved flowers.

-Do not place in direct contact with fine fabrics and furnishings. Colors may bleed.

-Preserved flowers are very fragile. Try not to touch them.

-Dust off by blowing with a hair dryer on the lowest heat setting or use a soft brush to gently brush off the dust.

3. How do you produce the forever rose in glass ?

We use a series of complex special producing processes including the dehydration, bleaching, drying, and dyeing. We have a strict quality control from the fresh flowers picking up to dyeing and drying ,every process has the QC to control the quality.

4. What's the difference between dried flower and preserved one?

The dried flower is not very long-lasting, also it is easy to break, the color will fade gradually, at the same time, it doesn't touch soft as natural one.

5. Is it possible to order the sample before place an order?

Sure, the sample order MOQ is one box. But we suggest you to order more than 15 boxes, because small quantity is easy to get damaged while shipment.

6. How long do you ship the flowers after I place the order?

Normally, we ship the goods within 3 work days after receiving your order if we have them in stock.

But if it is not enough in stock, we can produce them for you soon, usually it takes about 1 week. And it will take more time during the rainning days, cause the flower is hard to dry in the rainning days.

7. What's the shipping cost?

Usually we ship the flower by express, such as Dedex,TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS.
