Biomass fired 10MW thermal power plant waste to energy power plant
Boiler: Tailor made design as per different biomass fuel, including combined grate, chain grate, CFB, etc. Taking combined grate as following example.Various kinds of biomass as fuel including wood chip, bark, sawdust, bagasse, palm waste, rice husk etc.
Combined Grates Boiler refers to two different grates as boiler combustion system. Front one is tilt reciprocating grate, rear one is scale type chain grate. Connecting top to bottom, while in operation, the front one is used as pre-combustion and controls the amount of fuel, the rear one controls combustion speed.Two grates are controlled separately, thus can use fuels with high moisture or hard to burn, and various crushed biomass.This could reduce the risk of fuel collecting. Combined grate could be designed from 35tph to 220tph, steam pressure from 3.82 MPa to 9.8MPa, temperature from 350℃ to 540℃. Now there are more than 20 Combined Grates Boilers in operation in China and South East Asia countries.
Back pressure steam turbine:
1. Cogenerating steam turbine, working as a main mover in a thermal power station and having a broad range of application in various industries.
2. Power up to 30MW, covering various inlet and exhaust conditions
3. Additional fixed bleed points
4. Simple construction, convenient installation, smooth running and high efficiency
B series steam turbines are single casing & single shaft and multi-stage back pressure steam turbine. The inlet parameters are from 1.27MPa/340℃ to 8.82MPa/535℃, exhaust pressures are from 0.2Mpa to 2.45Mpa, outputs are 0.75MW, 1MW, 1.5MW, 3MW, 4MW, 4.8MW, 6MW, 7MW, 12MW, 25MW. The rotation speed of turbine depending on the design requirements, is from 3000rpm to 10000rpm differently. Most of turbines directly connect to the generators and some others connect to generators by speed reduction gear box.
