YunDing DaoFM Biobased Composites series is innovative natural fiber composites made by 10-60% natural fiber like Coconut, Jute or Wood Pulp and compounded with recycled polymer PP, by YunDing unique dispersion and pelleting technology, to create injection and extrusion grade material. The fibers come from sustainable sources. It is used to replace plastics as well as reinforced materials like glass fiber, other reinforced materials and mineral fillers. It can improve the
mechanical, physical and chemical properties of plastics, and greatly reduce the use of fossil-based plastics and bring a unique aesthetic and natural feeling to the finished product.

Keep injection temperature under 190℃, optimum 180-190 ℃ to protect fiber structure.
Pre-dry of DaoFM Natural Fiber PP Composite is necessary at 120℃ for 3 hours.
Do not store outdoors. It is recommended to keep composites sealed in package until to be processed under dry conditions. Air humidity can increase the moisture content. Unused materials should keep away from open-air.
