YJS-625 is two component addition cure heating or room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber. Also name Platinum silicones, are more resistant to all aggressive environments: resins, alkalis, liquid model plastics. If you have a large circulation and need a durable form, platinum silicones are the best choice. If you have food forms or large forms where shrinking is important, you need platinum silicones.
Application
It can be made of flexible silicone rubber products, such as sex products, body shape, body parts, body shape, chest pad, shoulder pads, patch, anti-skid pad, but also for the simulation of human facial silicone mold is mainly used for human face imitation of human body shape , because it is food grade, can be used to produce food mold, high-grade silicone products.

OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Take 100 G part A and 100 G part B and mix them evenly.
*Notes: Addition cure mold making silicon rubber is two part flowing liquid , Pls follow the step strictly:
1.Weigh the two part exactly by electronic weight..
If any part not in exactly weight , it may cause changing of hardness , or even cause uncure problem.
2.Mix part A and part B evenly.
Otherwise the silicon rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What’s more, the finished molds will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicon rubber.
Step 2: Vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and
no more further steps will be available.
Step 3: Cleaning the mold
Clean your mold and brush a layer of release agent(detergent or soap water) on your it.
Step 4: Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.
After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .
