1.Are you manufactory or trade company?
We are the professional manufactory with 10 years’ experience specialized in car security products.  Our main product are car alarm systems, power window modules, keyless entry systems, central locking systems, engine immobilizer, parking sensors and other auto electronic products, with good quality and competitive price.

2.Can I get a sample before placing a purchase order?

Yes, we provide samples for our customer to check the quality and functions of the product.

Actually, we recommend our customers to take samples from us before placing an order. This will help customer to understand our product and quality better.

For 1 or 2 pcs samples they are free, and customer only needs to pay the express courier cost.

For more samples customer will need to pay both the sample cost and express courier cost.

Above cost will be returned to customer when a purchase order is placed to us.

3.Can I order small qty / what is your MOQ

We understand sometimes customer will place a small qty order. We have a very small qty order requirement. We have very small MOQ. Customer could order 50pcs, 100pcs and customer could order 1000pcs. We keep stock to many regular & basic items, so we can deal with small qty orders. We always do our best to help our customer to grow from small to large.

4.Can you use our box & design?

Yes we can print customer’s logo & brand on the gift box. Furthermore, we can develop products according to customer’s requirement. Our engineers have 10 years’ experience in this industry.


5.What is your after sales service & quality warranty

It is 1-year warranty for all of our products from the date they will loaded onto the vessel. If customer finds out a quality problem, please feel free to contact us and we will study the problem and provide solutions as fast as we could.
