1) What'a your MOQ?
Will be based on your size and design, normally our MOQ is 10,00pcs each size each design .
2) Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our current samples are free for our customers, but the freight for express is on buyer's.

3) When can we get the samples?
1.7-10days for approval customized sample.
2.3-5days for our stock sample reference.

4) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes,you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

5) What is the normal lead time?
Our production time is around 25-30days for normal quality,include purchase material,printing,assemble,inspection and packaging.
 6) Dose the factory have designer can create the design for customers?

Yes we have professional designer team which have several years experience ,can create design according to our customers requests.

7) What is your payment term?
T/T, Western Union,LC are accepted.
For bulk production: 30% pay in advance, 70% pay before delivery.

8) What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements: By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

9) How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved, we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection after production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

10) What about after-sale sevice?
We'll provide the best after-sale sevice for you whenever you are using.
