3.How long it can be use?
The bonsai can keep a nice look in about 3-5 years. 

If the leaves fading or anything, we can supply the new leaves and some can be washed gently in soapy water 

4. Is it can be use outdoor ? 

Ok, no problem, our bonsai can use outdoor ,for example in hanging baskets or window boxes it is resisting fading in the sunlight and only require an occasional dusting as part of routine household cleaning 

5. Who can buy from you? Is there a minimum order? 

There are no restrictions for buying. low MOQ as 1ctn/style and small trial orders are acceptable Whether you are florist, event organiser, a school or a shop etc, however larger orders are rewarded with certain volume discounts. 

6.Are your photos color-accurate? 

All pictures of our products are pictures of actual items. However, 
the colors may be seen slightly different from the actual items 
because of light reflection and monitor settings are different from
one monitor to another.

Return policy: 

Damaged Items: Please report damage immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. All originial boxes and packing materials must be kept. Otherwise the claim will be denied by the shipping company and credit can not be issued. 

Refund : We want our clients to be happy and will gladly refund any item returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Custom designed florals and shipping charges are excluded. 

Return : Please fill out the return form and enclose it with your order. It is very  

important to repack the item in its original packaging configuration to prevent breakage upon return. Be sure the item is secured as it was shipped. Items returned damaged cannot be refunded.
