Q: What's the monthly capacity?
A: Our capacity is 750000pcs per month.
Q: What certificate do you have for your products?
A: We have ISO 9001, Walmart, SEDEX, BSCI, ICTI, CE certificate, and our products are tested on 6P, PAHS, EN71, REACH, AZO TEXT.
Q: Can the design and logo of the ball be customized?
A: Yes, just send us your design and logo, or you can also choose from our designs.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than 500 pieces.
Q: Can I have a sample for quality check?
A: Yes, we can provide samples, but the express cost will be beard on your side.
Q: How much is the sample fee?
A: The sample fee is dependent on the complexity of your designs. Our regular price is US$100 each design, including the shipping cost. We aim to develop your designs closed to your artwork, drawing and sketch.
Q: Can you help me ship the goods to our port?
A: Yes, we also have our own shipping agency, we can offer this service at a competitive price.
Q: Can the sample fee be refunded?
A: Of course, when trial order meets MOQ, the sample fee will be refunded except the shipping cost. Small order will be refunded in proportion.
Q: What's the minimum order quantity?
A: Normally MOQ is 2000pcs. We also welcome small order as initial order and hope there will be a big one after that.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is about 30-45 days after you approved production samples and we received 30% deposit.
Q: What's your normal payment term?
A: We usually accept the T/T. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. Other payment term could be discussed.
