The pig feet dehairing machine has horizontal structure, mainly composed of frame, cylinder body, spindle and spray pipe. Thread steel is welded around the cylinder body. Reducer is used as power source. The spindle is driven by chain drive, and the spindle is equipped with a rubber plate. First Blanch pig feets with hot water, then feed pig feets into machine from the feeding port, the main shaft drives the rubber plate to stir the pig's feets to rotate inside the machine, the hair is removed by the peripheral thread steel to wipe the pig's feets as well as the hoof shell. the water pipe is automatically sprinkled to clean the pig's feets. The pig feet dehairing machine can dehair pig feets continuously and automatically discharge after hair removal. Then put de-haired pig feets into clear water tank and repeated operation, the hair removal effect is more ideal. |
