1. Are you manufacture or trading company?
We're a professional umbrella manufacture which was started in 2006. Company founders
specialize in umbrella industry more than 13 years.
2. Can you offer free samples? What is sample lead time ?
A. If there are sample in stock, it might be free. Normal charge is USD 16/PC and it will be
refunded after order confirmed.
B.Sample time : Within 7 working days after everything confirmed.
3. What is payment terms ?
T/T : 30 % deposit, 70% balance pay before shipment.
L/C is providing for big order if you need.
4. How long about your production lead time ?
ETD: Within 10-55 days after order confirmed.
5. How does your factory control the quality?
A. We have strict quality control system from starting to finish your order.
B. Before mass production, a pre-production sample will be made for salesman to confirm. On each step, we have strictly online
QC inspection.
C. After goods packed in cartons, our QC will inspect goods at randomly based AQL,
and send report to you.
6, When can I get the quottaion?
A, We will quote it within 12 hours
7. How can i visit your factory?
A:Our factory is in Longgang, Shenzhen ,China. when you are in shenzhen airport east or
shenzhen north station, pls give us a call and we will pick you up soon.
