5. Pipe System
Design the inlet&outlet nearly the mould,come down the consumption,improve the running speed. Cooling water pipe with fast running valves around the mould,increase the square area of mould and cool come faster. That will let the product surface more flat and smooth.
6. Vacuum System
Adopt spray condenser will increase the vacuum effect and condensation rate. It achieved machine based on vacuum firstly,water cooling secondary .Product water contain rate less than 10%.
7. Fast Mould Change
Machine will be more efficient,faster,easier,simple with the change and download mould frame.Labor cost will be decreased ,the time for change mould frame reached 20-30 minutes.
8. One-Touch Mould Change
