Automatic winding machine for A.C. capacitors(Metal film)
CHARACTERISTICS
1.With wrapping film
Cover film can be used in this machine.
2.FA-S
series winding machine can insert a core film
Core film inserted between two layers of metalized films, this way increases the elements strength;
Core film can be used as a barrier film, the winding machine the F-S winding machine can make two or three capacitors in one element. (optional)
3.How this machine save material
Anode foil speed halved.
If use cover film can save metalized film and aluminum foil;
Increase the outlook quality of the capacitors.
4.How this machine increase the effectiveness
Adopting Schneider 238PLC and 7”touching screen, which substantially increases the computing capability of CPU in comparison
with the previous generation of machine.
Winding is based on the linear speed control. The variation of film speed per unit time may maintain the same. This mode allows
higher winding speed and better smoothness of winding speed.
There are two servo motors for winding and wrapping. So winding and wrapping mandrel can run in different speed. In this way the
machine can save more time.
5.Easy to operate
Based on the data of material and desire capacitance, Machine control system will automatically calculate
the requested winding turns, tension, pressing force, and final overall dimensions.
Administrator may limit the max, winding speed and acceleration.
6.More Configuration possibility
1)Series FA-S are available for the winding of small size capacitor. As
these two types of machine have small footprint and compact
structure, it is the best choice to wind miniature capacitor in double winding mode.
2)Electrical tension control is available for some models of machine.
3)For having more precise winding and better film alignment, Air guide is available for some models of machine.
