Working principle
Put the small fish or medium fish into the fish directly after being cut open. The large fish needs to be put into the fish after being removed from the head and tail, and cut into pieces. After squeezing the fish body through low-speed and high-density stainless steel sieve tube and conveyor belt, take out the fish bone Thorn skin scales, etc, extract clean minced fish, use gearbox or speed reducer to drive, the torque is high and low speed operation is stable and does not heat up, the whole machine is made of stainless steel to meet the hygiene requirements, the cleaning is simple, the finished minced fish is extracted with high efficiency, it is an ideal equipment for processing fish products in coastal areas to save the manual collection of minced fish, improve the economic value of all kinds of low-cost fish meat and save the tedious manual scraping of fish meat.
Machine operation process
※※※ 1. Connect the power supply and ground wire.
※※※ 2. Manually remove the head of the fish to be processed and take out the viscera in the belly. For the big fish, it is necessary to split the fish into two halves and rinse them clean, then put the fish fillet to be taken into the hopper (the part of the fish meat faces the bucket fish skin and faces the conveyor belt), driven by the conveyor belt, the fish enters the extrusion area of the working bucket and conveyor belt. The separated fish, under the effect of the extrusion pressure between the conveyor belt and the working bucket, is squeezed into the working bucket through the small hole in the working bucket, then, through the scraper in the operation barrel, the broken fish in the bucket will be scraped into the undertaking groove. While the fish skin and Fishbone are scraped down from the bucket by the scraper on the machine and fall on the conveyor belt, which is brought into the collecting groove at the bottom of the fish separator by the conveyor belt. The pressure between the conveyor belt and the barrel is adjusted by the tensioning device of the conveyor belt located at the head. The size of the adjustment varies according to the fish species. It can be manually adjusted in production practice.

Use the scraper on the periphery of the bucket to separate minced fish and skin bones, etc. When processing, use the scraper tension knob to tighten the blade of the scraper to make the skin fish bones fall off clean, and remove the head and internal organs of the processed fish, the big fish must be divided into two halves, and the fish skin should stick to the direction of the conveyor belt, so that the minced meat can enter into the barrel and be separated from the fish skin. Do not put your hand into the inside of the machine during processing.

The power must be turned off before cleaning.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong its service life, the maintenance work should be strengthened during use, and the fish machine should be wiped clean after use. And fill the drive shaft with butter regularly, and check the oil level of the reducer. If the oil level is too low, fill the oil in time.
※※※ 2. Conveyor belt replacement: the conveyor belt will become longer or broken after being used for a long time, and a new conveyor belt needs to be replaced at this time. Take down the tension balance crankshaft first, then take down the other three nylon shaft and conveyor belt power shaft, put the rubber conveyor belt into the machine wallboard, install the conveyor belt power shaft first, then install the other three nylon rod shafts from top to bottom, and finally install the tension balance crankshaft and debug the tension force.
