1.Q:May i have samples?
A:Yes, sample cost be refunded if you place formal orders in the future .you just need to advise consignee‘s contact information and courier account number. if you don't have a courier accound . we will calculate freight cost for you and prepay it.
2.Q:can you change the function or appearache for me?
A:Yes,if you can provide us detailed requirements,such as specification or drawing for reference.
3.Q:Can i use our own designed package?
A:Yes,size,color ,logo and package of products can be customizedbased on your requirements.
4.Q:What's your MOQ?
A: Usually we don't have MOQ issue for standard Dans brand units. If you need OEM or ODM service, we'll have a MOQ of 500PCS for the devide and MOQ of 1000PCS for the package. But we're very flexible. Any trial order whose quantity is lower than our MOQ is also welcome.
5. Q:What's your delivery time?
A:Generally speaking, 15 working days for existing samples and 3-4 weeks for mass production.
6.Q:How to pay?
A:We recommend Trade Assurance service on the Alibaba platform.T/T,L/C,Western Union. MoneyGram etc are all acceptable.
