Q2: How to install your windows?
Is there any difference as Local?
Do you have installers or send installation team to Project site? A2: we know well the windows/Doors installation for Brick wall, brick venner, steel construction, concrete wall. We can provide you installation solution or installation guide.
Q3: What about your packages ?
What can you do for me If the windows were damaged when I
open the container? A3: C jr Package are wooden frame+airbubble or Cardboard packaging. If the windows were damaged where,Please send us photo and will replace you new one freely.
Q4: What will you do if sending me the Wrong windows? A4: We will send you the Shop Drawing to confirm the windows Drawing before production, if send you the wrong windows, WB will replace you a new one freely.
Q5: What about your window systems ? A5: Our engineers can design the systems you need to match different wall systems.
Q6: All these windows come with frames to mount on walls? A6: Yes, all the windows include frames. Installing the windows on wall is OK.
Q7: About packaging A1: Damage to the packaging is responsible for compensation, if it is the price of CIF is responsible for other EXW FOB is not responsible for damages
