Step 1 : Prototype sample development :

     We will produce a handmade prototype sample according to your detail requirements,usually it takes 25-35 days .

Step 2 :  3d data development :

    We will arrange to scan the handmade sample after your approval,usually the tolerence is 0.05mm then 3d engineers will design a complete 3d data according to approved sample.then will send 3D drawing to you for approval.

Step 3 : Mold development :

    First need to arrange 2d mold design, and then 3d mold design.

The main mold tooling process has:

  CNC process ,grinding process,EDM process , rough machining , finish machining ,heat treatment process , drilling process ,polishing ,die assembly process, usually it takes about 28-35days.

Step 4 : packing details and Shipping mark :

    Please advice your design for packing details and shipping mark, we can make a sample and show you for approval.

 Step 5 : Mass Production :

    We will arrange mass production after everything be approved, the main process is :

plastic injection, zinc alloy & aluminium alloy die cast , polishing,brushed, electric plating, lacquered ,pad printing, hot stamping ,assembly and packing.

A: Sorry, those products belonged to the owner who developed them, can’t for sale, just for reference only,  

 we only provide customized ODM/OEM service and develop mold and products for your new design.

A: Sorry, we can’t sent out without customer’s agreement.but can sent photos for reference or visit us.

3: What is your MOQ for develop a new model car ?

A: 300pcs for Resin model car, 800pcs for Die cast model car .

4: What are the normal process and how much time will takes for develop a new model car ?

A: first is 3d data design,usually it takes 7-15days, ,then is CNC prototype making,

     usually it takes 10-15days,then develop molds usually it takes 35-45days,

     Mass production depends on quantity,usually need 30-60days.

5: About quality control ,can i arrange third party for inspection ?
