Cyclone Dust Collector

Generally, cyclones use the power of centrifugal force to collect some big dust and particles. Small or fine dust, particles, and other unwanted elements are removed from processing streams during processing . This ensures that only the product you want is making it down to the bottom of the funnel while the smaller,the fine dust and particles are pushed upwards out the top .

The cyclones can be adopted individually, 2 or several combined.At the same time, cyclones also work together with the baghouse or cartridge dust collectors which are good at filter and capture the fine dust and particles.

The cyclone separator is a dry dust particle removal system, where separation takes place by centrifugal force. Cyclones are suitable for separating medium-to-large size contaminating particles.

In common cyclone dust collectors, efficiency 85%-95% is achieved when treating particles over 10 um.
