2. Main structure for paper making

Fourdrinier part:16 meter,with air cushion type flow box; 2 pcs of 600×3700mm×4300mm couch rolls; one pcs of 800×3700mm×4300mm vacuum couch roll; forming table is covered with stainless-steel; panel of the suction box is inset with ceram.

Press part: adopting two press parts with four rolls; one pc of 800×3700mm× 4300mm natural marble top roll; one pc of 700×3700mm×4300mm rubber flat roll, pneumatic loaded device; one pc of 750×3700mm×4300mm bottom vacuum press roll; one pc of 700×3700mm×4300mm rubber bottom roll, rubber  hardness 95±2, pneumatic pressure device.  

Second press part:one pc of 800×3700mm×4300mm natural marble top roll; one pc of 750×3700mm×4300mm bottom roll; rubber  hardness 95±2, pneumatic pressure device. 

Dryer part: 22 pcs of 1500×3700mm×4300mm alloy dryer can, the first and the second dryer are chrome plated; equipped with 22 sets of blades.

Calendaring part: adopting 2 hardware calendars; 2 pcs of 600×3700mm×4300mm steel rolls, pneumatic pressure device.

3.What is the delivery time if we make a order from you?                                                  

Answer:Usually,the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit,but for bigger 

machines,it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.

4.What is your payment terms?                                                                                          

Answer:(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70%balance paid before shipment.

(2). 30%T/T + 70%L/C at sight.    (3). 100%L/C at sight.
