Shipping

ship most items by USPS with no packing or handling charge added. Some heavier or more
expensive items will ship by UPS. We can ship by FedEx on request and international

Warranty
If you receive an item which has been damaged in shipping, please hang on to the packing
material and contact us. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and start the process
of getting you a replacement or a refund.
Return Policy

your purchase, you may return it. Items must be returned in the condition received and
include all the original cables, paperwork and packaging. Shipping charges are not
refundable and most items will incur a 15% fee to cover testing and restocking the item.
Items found to be damaged, altered or in any other way not re-sellable cannot be refunded.
