Zinc Plated Steel Solid Rubber Trailer Jockey Wheel Jack
This trailer jockey wheel jack and pressed steel clamp is for trailers and caravans.Pneumatic tyre spreads the load is more than solid versions and is ideal where the trailer or caravan may be run on grass or sand. The pneumatic tyre also rides over small stones and ridges better than solid versions and so is recommended for use with caravan movers.
High quality, OEM standard.260mm diameter and 85mm wide plastic wheel with pneumatic tyre.Sizes can be choosed, from the ground to the bottom of the handle it is 50cm when wound in and 74cm when fully unwound. (Please do confuse with descriptions that include the handle in the height measurement. This is the usable height distance)
Complete with a pressed steel split clamp, style as pictured to mount it to your trailer. The mounting holes are M10 and the hole centres are 10.5cm.The diameter of the jockey wheel shaft is 48mm.Guide nose weight is 150kg, however please see our Jockey wheel selection guide below.Galvanised steel construction.
Jockey wheel clamp kits to suit 50mm | 75mm | 100mm | 125mm and 150mm drawbars. Clamps to suits all bolt-on jockey wheels with 48mm OD outer.Kits are available to improve the tension between the jockey wheel and the trailer. Clamps are plated in zinc or galvanised.
The wheel clamp is located near the front of the trailer, allows the wheel to be removed, also allows the wheel height to be easily adjusted.Jockey wheels can carry weights up to 500kg as a static load. (not moving)
Oem is available, can produce the type as drawing or sample,customized service is online.
CAUTION: Do NOT use Breaking Strength for design or rating purposes. Use Working Load Limit instead. It assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse or misapplication of its products. All products are sold with the package understanding that the purchaser and/or user are thoroughly familiar with their proper use.Maintain adequate vertical down (tongue) load to have control of the trailer (generally 10%), but do not exceed the above rated capacities. Other steps and inspections are also required.
