Q: Could you introduce your company briefly?
A: Our company was established since 1990, we have rich experience in hardware industry. Any step is strictly controlled from raw material to finished products. We accept OEM/ODM. Samples can be provided if the customer needs.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Nomal item with no reqirment, normally 15-20 days, with special requirement, delivery will be longer, 30-40 days.
Q: How to ensure the quality of the products?
A: There are testing machines in our lab, and we have QC to check the products of each order after finishing. If the quality can be not acceptable, we will be responsible until the customer satisfy.
Q: How long can you offer the price?
A: After having the dertails, normally price will be offered immediately, if there is special requirement, price will be tried the best to sent witnin 24 hours.
